On a Mission to Stop the Insanity

Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.

With the new normal of climate change, something has to change.

Estudio Verde Homes Is Bringing Peace of Mind Back Home

The world is changing and the way we build needs to keep up. But why are we still sticking to the same antiquated ways from centuries ago? As Einstein might say, that’s the definition of insanity.

Estudio Verde Homes is here to put a stop to this madness.

A home should be more than just a roof over your head, yet that's the way builders have approached their craft for hundreds of years. But we believe a home should also be a safe haven for you and your family, as well as protect the planet. Built right there's no reason it can't be, and that's our mission at Estudio Verde Homes. Here's how.

We're Building to Last

As responsible architects, we take fire, winds, floods, and hurricanes into account as much as the design. When confronted with these challenges, a house must keep you safe. EVH homes are built to withstand the test of time and face nature’s worst head-on. Our unique construction method strives to keep your home from falling apart, blowing away, or burning to ashes.

We're Building for Energy Efficiency

We don’t just build stronger. We build better. Sustainable housing is about looking at the big picture. Our designs go beyond minimum code requirements for energy efficiency to reduce its environmental impact throughout the entire life of the home.

We're Making Quality Affordable

When a house is resilient, you don’t have to worry about constant repairs. When it’s energy-efficient, you only use what you need. And with the way we build homes, the cost is comparable to traditional construction.

As it turns out, sustainable also means affordable! Building right doesn’t have to mean building expensive.

We're Setting New Standards

EVH's unique approach to this type of  problem-solving has reached the forefront of the residential market. Our approach is to help set standards above and beyond the presently inadequate building codes that will bring these ideas to the general public in tract developments and multi-family projects.

A house is only as strong as its weakest link. Our goal is to make sure every one of the homes we build is, at a minimum, more than strong enough to stand up to climate change in today’s reality.

No more insanity. We're building right.

Now let us help you build your dream home. First see how we're building right, right now in Paradise.
